Humanity is on the brink of extinction, living in isolated colonies surrounded by threats.
You are one of the few heroes still fighting for survival and hope, defending the colonies, fighting the creatures and exploring the new worlds in search of resources and answers.

[ BR ]A história de Converge se passa em um futuro próximo, onde um projeto secreto do governo, chamado Converge, tentou criar um dispositivo capaz de abrir portais para outras dimensões, com o objetivo de explorar novos recursos e conhecimentos. No entanto, algo deu errado durante o teste do dispositivo, e uma explosão ocorreu, liberando uma enorme quantidade de energia e abrindo vários portais ao redor do mundo. Esses portais trouxeram consigo criaturas de todos os tipos, desde animais selvagens e monstros até seres inteligentes e hostis. Essas criaturas começaram a atacar e destruir tudo o que encontravam, causando caos e devastação na Terra. [ ENG ] The story of Converge takes place in the near future, where a secret government project called Converge has attempted to create a device capable of opening portals to other dimensions, with the aim of exploring new resources and knowledge. However, something went wrong during the testing of the device, and an explosion occurred, releasing an enormous amount of energy and opening several portals around the world. These portals brought with them creatures of all kinds, from wild animals and monsters to intelligent and hostile beings. These creatures began to attack and destroy everything they came across, causing chaos and devastation on Earth. Many cities were razed to the ground, many people died or disappeared, and many civilizations collapsed.
You are one of the survivors of this catastrophe, who has managed to escape to one of the few colonies that still resist the creatures' attacks. The colonies are fortified communities, built with the remnants of technology and society that remain. They are the only safe places for humans, but they are also scarce in terms of resources and space. That's why you've become a hero, a person who risks leaving the colonies to face the creatures, defend the colonies, search for resources and try to find out what happened to the world and how to fix it.
You're not alone on this mission. You have the company of other heroes, who also have their own motivations and personalities. You also have the help of an artificial intelligence called KRATS, which was created by the government to help with the Converge project. KRATS is the only one who knows the truth about the experiment and the portals, and he communicates with you through a device implanted in your brain. He guides you, informs you, advises you and protects you,
